Child Support on Incomes Over $150,000

For incomes up to $150,000 the amount comes straight from the table. Above $150,000, each table gives a base amount plus a percentage of the income over $150,000.

Under section 4 of the Guidelines, a court can set a different amount for the part of income over $150,000 if it finds the table amount inappropriate, after looking at the children's needs and both parents' means.
